Brandon and I are going to have a baby!
I’m 13 weeks along and the due date is April 14. I had a pretty rocky first trimester, which is why I didn’t want to say anything right away. I was on bed rest for a while and there was a lot of bleeding and cramping and worrying, but I’m (we’re!) doing much better now.
The upside of having to go in several times for emergency doctor visits and ultrasounds is that we got some very early pictures of our little blob – I mean baby!
It really does just look like a little blob at 6 and 8 weeks.
And of course, Brandon tricked me a few weeks ago into taking a barefoot and pregnant in the kitchen photo. Oh, you should have seen his face as I figured out what he was doing! Too proud of himself on that one. ;)
Anyway, we’re thrilled to finally announce the news. We’re having a baby!

Thats so crazy, just the other day after your nursery decor thing, I was thinking I bet any day now she is goign to announce she is pregnant. A few weeks ago you made another little comment about it too. Well congrats! Im really excited to see how you do a real nursery!
