You look great! You may not feel it (or maybe you do…I have never been pregnant, so don;t know!), but you really do look fantastic!

  2. beth February 17, 2009 at 5:26 pm #

Being pregnant is definitely uncomfortable – especially at the end. But believe me, it won’t soon matter. The sheer joy of a baby will erase all of that in a very short time. Of course, I can’t speak for once they grow up… heh heh.

You are such a cute pregnant woman!

  4. Bethany February 17, 2009 at 5:36 pm #

I love your rings! I know I should be commenting on your belly but I cant get past those fabu rings.

  5. lori February 17, 2009 at 5:38 pm #

….and yet your still so stylish and cute!

  6. Jennifer February 17, 2009 at 5:43 pm #

I think you look wonderful. I had two white maternity shirts and one black like the one you have on and wore them under everything! They were the only shirts that fit me in the end:( You are almost there though!
    I love those rings too.

This is such a fun picture! Thank you for sharing. *love* your blog!

I remember that time (x 2). It ends faster than you think. I also have to comment on your ring. Very cool.

  9. amy February 17, 2009 at 6:16 pm #

super cute sweetie! It will go quickly! xo

  10. Gina February 17, 2009 at 6:34 pm #

    You look wonderful!

  11. Jules February 17, 2009 at 6:51 pm #

I actually think you look like you’ve lost weight. I mean, of course your belly is bigger, but your arms, hips, face, etc. all look thinner to me. I lost weight while I was pregnant, too. (Not on the scale, but you know what I mean.) All those calories you burn making a baby!

  12. luuvely February 17, 2009 at 6:52 pm #

    you do look adorable!

but as much as people might say it will go QUICKLY..lol you feel like it will NEVER end! lol or at least i did :)

and to be honest..you look like you’ve lost a little weight (not in the belly) but in other places..cute cute :)

  13. paola February 17, 2009 at 7:05 pm #

I particularly wanted to mention the ring… and the ampersand… and yes you are looking great!

  14. Danielle February 17, 2009 at 7:05 pm #

  15. sandra February 17, 2009 at 7:09 pm #

uh you can smile you know!

  16. paty fontes February 17, 2009 at 7:15 pm #

I know how you feel… the same here! And I have even more weeks than you!
    take care,
    Paty

  17. Noelia February 17, 2009 at 7:35 pm #

I agree with Jules. The first thing i noticed is that you look thinner and that surprised me because it is supposed to be the opposite!! I swear i am not telling you this just to make you feel better. By the way..the “&” looks like a pregnant woman.. is that why you took the picture there?

    Happy pregnancy!!

  18. Michelle February 17, 2009 at 7:44 pm #

Holy mother! That girl is getting big. I agree with the other girls (and that happened to me too), you’ve lost weight everywhere else it looks like. That belly has gotten a lot bigger in just two weeks!

  19. Katie February 17, 2009 at 7:52 pm #

I’m 32(+) weeks right now as well, and let me tell you…you look FANTASTIC!

  20. Amanda February 17, 2009 at 7:52 pm #

    You look so great!

  21. Katlyn Underwood February 17, 2009 at 7:53 pm #

You look great! Total belly! =) Have you thought about names?

  22. Making it Lovely February 17, 2009 at 7:56 pm #

Yes, we’ve picked the name already! I won’t be sharing it on the blog though until she’s arrived. :)

Thanks, everyone. I think I just look smaller in proportion to my bigger and bigger belly. Well, that and my skirt is more form-fitting than the loose dresses I usually wear.

And I love that ring too… it has a bunch of fabric scraps and little baubles hanging off of it.

  23. Katie February 17, 2009 at 8:03 pm #

You look beautiful! :) I love the belly.. I held my son very “in” if that makes any sense and it was SO uncomfortable. So accept that small blessing as you begin to run out of room. :) The ring looks very cool. A close up would be awesome! :D

  24. Gwendolyn February 17, 2009 at 8:07 pm #

You look great!!! I love your outfit, I wish there were better clothing options back when I had my son (16 yrs ago). Definitely avoid the urge to take a bath. You will probably get stuck in the tub like I did!!!

  25. Whitney February 17, 2009 at 8:11 pm #

Hey, you look great. The last bit of pregnancy is rough, especially physically and emotionally. I have never slept so little or been so on edge, I don’t think. Be good to yourself, relax, and just focus on making it, whatever it takes. So happy for you!

  26. Kim February 17, 2009 at 9:11 pm #

    You look beautiful!

  27. Kylie February 17, 2009 at 9:41 pm #

You look so cute, Nicole! Hope you are getting lots of rest.

  28. Tangelia February 17, 2009 at 9:51 pm #

You look ABSOLUTELY beautiful. Thank you for sharing your experience with us. Congrats on the new little one.

  29. Heather February 17, 2009 at 10:06 pm #

    Wow. How beautiful are you!?

  30. Carol February 17, 2009 at 10:12 pm #

Just think….. soon you’ll be able to pick things up off of the floor without letting out involuntary sounds. I know that’s what I looked forward to with both of my pregnancies.

Echoing everyone else, you look fab, sister.

    Carol

I’ve been reading your wonderful blog for a while, but this is my first time to comment…I hope if the stork ever finds me, I will look as cute as you!

Also – I loved your recent post on your bedroom and have been working diligently to recreate it for myself. Pink, brown and orange are my absolute favorite colors! Thank you for your creativity and sharing your home with us.

As someone who’s never been pregnant, my first thought on seeing your photo was “ouch!”

You look beautiful – your silhouette is gorgeous.

Good luck with these last few weeks :)

  33. Erin February 18, 2009 at 5:32 am #

You look Fantastic! …and rather artsy next to the big ampersand. It mirrors you at this stage so beautifully. Was that on purpose?

  34. bungalowbliss February 18, 2009 at 7:22 am #

I, too, noticed the similarity between you and the wall hanging!

You are coming right along and looking stunning. Love the ring!

  35. Tanya February 18, 2009 at 8:06 am #

I wish I had looked so good when I was that far along!

  36. Desiree Fawn February 18, 2009 at 9:50 am #

Oh I remember being at that point — and then I DID get bigger :) So much. It’s amazing though & I loved it!

  37. coral February 18, 2009 at 10:25 am #

You look adorable. And slightly bewildered, like how am I supposed to walk around and act normal when there’s a baby growing in here? So cute!

  38. Rachel H. February 18, 2009 at 11:46 am #

    You look beautiful! :) Congratulations!!!

  39. Love, Lulu Mae February 18, 2009 at 12:29 pm #

    You are the cutest EVER!

  40. daisy mae February 18, 2009 at 1:26 pm #

Um, ok, so last time I made this comment, I unintentionally pissed off the person, but here goes anyway!

You are bigger than I was at 40 weeks! Whhhheewww! There. I have said it. Honestly, I had to stick my belly out until 37 weeks in order for anyone to notice I was pregnant. I enjoyed those last three weeks of people rushing to help me SO much. Just two more months before your little bundle gets here! Hang in there and use lots of lotion on that belly.

  41. ericka February 18, 2009 at 1:46 pm #

This is great..Motherhood is fun, especially when you are a cool crafty mom such as yourself! I am so happy for you! We will be having a little girl in may! Take care of you and your little one!

  42. Erin February 18, 2009 at 2:26 pm #

You look so good for being 32 weeks pregnant! I remember saying I didn’t think I could possibly get any bigger around this time, and yet I think I did! Hang in there!!!

  43. amy purple February 18, 2009 at 2:57 pm #

you look gorgeous! ooh, i can’t wait to find out the name and to see lots of baby photos!

  44. Karen February 18, 2009 at 3:02 pm #

I remember two months before my due date people always looked kind of scared around me, like, “um, are you on your way to the hospital right now?” I was huge, but I’m only 5’1″ and had a 9 1/2 pound baby; there was nowhere for her to go but out.

I know it’s uncomfortable, but enjoy it. You look beautiful!

  45. sara February 18, 2009 at 3:38 pm #

    You are adorable:)

  46. Lucia M February 18, 2009 at 3:45 pm #

    Dont worry, you look great!!!

  47. Erin February 18, 2009 at 4:27 pm #

    You look wonderful!!

  48. Charisa February 18, 2009 at 5:01 pm #

Are you blowing your belly out?? Just kidding- it’s SO fabulous to get to have a big round happy belly and for once NOT be trying to conceal it!!

  49. Moriah February 19, 2009 at 2:38 am #

I’m right there with you, only 2 weeks behind! It’s amazing that we’ll be getting bigger! I’m hoping your pregnancy goes smoothly. I’m under constant monitoring now but I’m hopeful that everything will turn out well. Good luck!

  50. Haus February 19, 2009 at 1:29 pm #

    Gorgeous!

Just wait – a couple more weeks, and you can make your hubby put your shoes on for you. It’s the little perks that get you through… :^)
