I took a photo of my kids every month when they were little, but I have to say, that little pin is brilliant. Now you great great great great grandkids, when they run across this photo, will know some of the details of this little cutie for certain. SO cute.

I’m not sure if she’s gotten cuter or if it’s just a cuter picture. In the first she looks all, “I’m not sure about this!” and in the second picture she’s obviously much more comfortable and chilled out. Either way, she’s adorable!

If I had had children I always thought I would like to take a photo of the kid wearing a white t-shirt against a white wall once a month for like, 18 years. Then I would turn the photos into an awesome time-lapse movie.

Eleanor is beautiful & this is a great idea!
I will be turning 35 soon and my sister 32: our mum has been taking a picture of us – once a year, at the end of summer – sitting on the porch of the house where we grew up since I was 3 years old!
That makes 32 frames with pictures of us growing up on her wall! Pretty amazing, isn’t it?

I love it! The pin is a nice touch for scale. We did something similar with our kids, took their picture every month with the same teddy bear. In the beginning it looked like the bear was trying to eat the baby – by their 2nd birthday the bear is wee.

I laughed out loud when I saw this photo! She’s looking at you with an expression that says, ‘Yep, I think I’ve got this sussed now…’ That, or she’s just downed a scotch. Either way, Eleanor looks pretty chilled out and pleased with herself. It’s a cracker of a pic!

Wow, you can really see a change since the first month – she’s as adorable as ever :) I just love this series of photos.
Being a Mum is marvellous – I felt as though I’d invented babies when I had my daughter and when my son was born that I’d proved the first time wasn’t just a fluke. She is so lovely and good on you for persisting with breast feeding. She is going to be a very sociable girl. Don’t worry about the things you don’t get done, this is such an important time and it passes so quickly.
awww! She is getting cuter! Does she strike the pose when you take your camera? Mathias recognizes the camera and is beaming smiles at me now when I take his picture!
Oh, look at her little fat rolls. The sign of a healthy little baby! She’s adorable.
So freaking cute.
Just one suggestion. You should try to take the picture from the same angle each time, so you can do a perfect little time lapse (as someone else mentioned) when she’s “all growed up”.
