Looking for Heeled Oxfords

I’m looking for oxfords like the ones I saw on academichic.

I’m thinking these or these could work, but have you seen any other similar shoes lately? I’m not having much luck.

I haven’t but I do think both options are lovely.

Here’s a heeled Oxford from Modcloth that’s pretty close:

…and a flat-heeled wedge just for the heck of it:

    What do you think?

To be honest, I totally like your alternative better! maybe it’s the yellow?!

  4. Candice March 17, 2010 at 9:53 pm #

These aren’t an oxford; but maybe you’ll like them:

REALLY small sizes are the only thing left though.

I love the look of the dark ones! But, alas, with my ankles I could not pull them off…

That’s so funny! I saw these shoes on her and looked all over the DSW site to no avail. If you find anymore, do share! So presh with tights. :)

Not oxfords, but still way cute and original. Too bad they’re not available at Anthropologie anymore :(

    I just got these:

only in purple and for half the price! ;)

They’re super comfortable and I love the way they look with colored/patterned tights.

I actually own some similar-they are a shiny black though…I think I found them at Ross of all places? Do you have them? they are like TJ Maxx or Marshalls…
    What size are you? lol

Those anthropologie oxfords are so CUTE!!!

  11. Brooke March 18, 2010 at 1:22 am #

I recognized E’s shoes as soon as I saw them! ;) It’s always fun when I realize my favorite blogettes are each other’s. Didn’t she get hers at DSW?

I went looking for almost exactly the same shoes a little while ago and come up with nothing – I bought some equally delicious shoes, but not high heeled Oxfords.

  13. Catherine March 18, 2010 at 4:19 am #

    How about these?

They have ‘em in black too but I’ve seen the grey ones in person and they’re my favourites. DP.com do ship to the US so you’re talking about $61 in total.

they are super comfortable and I get compliments every time I wear them! Good luck with your sole search ;)

I got some at a Nine West outlet. They are black. They look cute with some patterned tights and a dress!

  17. chrisbean March 18, 2010 at 9:36 am #

They are absolutely EVERYWHERE right now!! They’ve been a signature piece of mine for years (I have maybe a dozen wing-tip stilettos, oxford maryjane platforms, pointy-toed oxford kitten heels, etc).

Jeffrey Campbell almost always has fab comfortable ones for under $100. He’s my go-to. If you want to splurge, Fleuvog is in the $200 range; totally your style. I occasionally internet-window-shop for heeled oxfords at Anthropologie, which is out of my pay bracket.

    How about John Fluevog? http://www.fluevog.com/code/?w=gender:women&w=attribute:Heel

Lots of oxford styles…oh snap…chrisbean had the same thought…

Hey Nicole! Just got the Steve Madden Harah and while they’re different than what you’re looking for, they’re super comfy.

  22. Down and Out Chic March 18, 2010 at 11:32 am #

I have a pair of brown high heel oxxies (as I call them) and after minutes of wearing them my feet are death…are these comfy? I am in the market for a new pair.

  30. Desiree March 19, 2010 at 10:09 am #

ok, so not exactly the same, but similar, but yeah, expensive :P

i found a similar pair at famous footwear by hot kiss for $15 (discussed )

  31. CynKain Photography March 19, 2010 at 2:20 pm #

Wow! cute shoes – have you checked out Anthropologie?

  32. Lara March 19, 2010 at 3:36 pm #

For a less pricey option check out Forever21:

I have a pair with a dark grey wooly fabric base and black patent flaps, they were American Eagle for Payless but I can’t find any on the Payless site right now. But F21 makes really cute shoes as long as you won’t be running a marathon in them.

They may even have more like these.

I am new to your blog, but I am completely enamored! Kudos for such a lovely, creative piece of the blogosphere! You should visit a shoe website called Seychelles http://www.seychellesfootwear.com/ where, although I don’t believe they have something on par with the oxford in question, I think that their type of shoes are dead-on with your tastes! Hope you enjoy.

  35. selena March 19, 2010 at 4:51 pm #

Oh, I remember seeing the DSW ones in person and hesitating. I shouldn’t have!

I was going to suggest the Ciao Bella oxfords but someone beat me to it. Looks very close!

Does anyone know the “official” name of the seychelles oxfords from anthro?

  36. Jennifer March 19, 2010 at 9:07 pm #

Have you ever heard of Fluevogs? I just heard of them recently – they are designed here in Canada. When I first looked at the website, I thought of you and was intending to send you a link as they have some pretty funky shoes! I thought some of them looked like your style. Didn’t notice any that looked exactly like the ones in your post but have a look anyway. I’d be curious to know whether you like any of them…. They are meant to be fabulously well made and comfortable too.

I have the Born wedges, in brown–they’re super comfortable, if a little tight in the toebox, and they look amazing on.

(as a shoe salesperson whose first language was adorably not English told me, “thises, not look so good on shelf, but thises look so good on feets!”)

  38. bea March 19, 2010 at 9:25 pm #

I like the yellow. I also like the Seychelle ones better. Have you checked http://www.endless.com? They have every kind of shoe known to man on there!

  39. Vicki March 20, 2010 at 5:53 am #

Love the shoes in both colours

  40. Mags March 20, 2010 at 12:51 pm #

If you can work out what size you are in UK sizes, Office do a lot of oxfords and brogues.

    Just my luck in green

    Dollie Day in black

Hi! I’m a newbie to your blog. These aren’t exactly like you’re looking for but they are $32.99 and I can attest to them. They are super comfortable and last forever if you’re good to them.
