
The other side of the oven mitt looks like these polka dot napkins. I just picked up two of these for our kitchen, and as you can see, Eleanor’s a fan.

How cute! Makes me want to break out the Silhouette machine. (And why didn’t I know that frosted vinyl existed?)

I wish I knew more about this print. Brandon’s mom gave it to us a few days ago. It belonged to his grandmother, who apparently bought it from a store where it was on display and not actually for sale. A quick Google search attributed the quote to Candice Bergen, but I don’t know the year or context. It’s a great sentiment though, wouldn’t you agree?
I like houses to be cozy, comfortable and personal. Not cluttered, but filled with interesting objects and toys and as many jokes as I can get away with.
