Let’s Get Cute With Our Camera Bags

There are so many cute options for camera bags and straps these days. Which would you choose? There are a couple of fun bonus items to pick from too. I’ll show you my choices below.

  1. Lola Camera Bag
  2. Striped Canvas Camera Strap
  3. Millie Camera Bag
  4. Mimi Camera Bag
  5. The Brooklyn Camera Bag
  6. Tokyo Dreamer Strap
  7. Lonely Traveller Self-Portrait Tee
  8. Camera Key Fob
  9. Aperture Temporary Tattoo
  10. B-Hobo Camera Bag
  11. The Roma (Insert for Any Bag)
  12. Personalized Leather Camera Strap
  13. Belle Camera Bag

Maile from Epiphanie was at the Mighty Summit last year, so I have a red Lola bag (#1) from her. I also have a Tokyo Dreamer camera strap (#6 — mine’s gold), and I love it. I am thinking about picking up the insert since I always have a giant diaper bag with me that it would fit into, but then again, #5 is just gorgeous. Which were your favorites? Anyone go for the temporary tattoo?

I absolutely love my epiphanie “Lola” bag and it was well worth the wait! (At the time they were out of stock/redesigning so I had to wait for like 3 months for it to ship, but again, so worth the price and the wait) That Brooklyn bag is TO DIE FOR!

It’s so nice to have more feminine alternatives to the big black square camera bag.

I just need to find a new bag to put it in.

I have the ONA insert bag and its amazing. Changed my life! Really fits in every bag and I easily fit my dslr with the 50mm along with a larger lens with zoom. Its soft, well padded and it has pockets and really, I cannot recommend it enough!

Thanks so much for this! I have just been looking for a nice, simple bag to carry camera+diaper stuff. I love the Brooklyn, but a Kelly Boy from the maker of the Mimi is what I am going with, as I think it will give the most storage. Perfect timing on this post!

I went through this search a few months ago when I got my first DSLR.

I even did a post on it to help me with my research and for feedback too! I highlighted some of the same bags. Love the Lola, almost got that one.

Instead, I chose the Roma insert and I am really happy with it. I use it all by itself and can throw it in a weekender or large tote without having to worry where all my camera “parts” are. Just grab and go!

I’ll choose #5 The Brooklyn Camera Bag for travel, looks like a very sturdy bag to protect a camera during some trips, and #10 B-Hobo Camera Bag, for something elegant yet chic. Then, I will get The Roma (Insert for Any Bag) for everyday use=)It’s a bit sad though that I can’t get everything.

Timing could not have been more perfect. My husband told me to pick a camera bag as a present for mother’s day, but not too girly as he wouldn’t be carrying it otherwise…
We even had a (small) meltdown earlier in the week as I could not find anything nice, but not too big (the only unisex we liked was the Kelly Boy, but it’s huge!). I just bought the Brooklyn thanks to you, I am so thankful for this article. We are both so happy, you’ve made my week!

These are adorable! I’m on the hunt for something equally cute that’s smaller. I got a gorgeous bag from etsy for Christmas, but still wind up using my very blah small bag/case 95% of the time… it’s just big enough to hold my camera with a prime lens, but the camera fits perfectly in it, and it’s sooo to get the camera quickly in and out as needed.

I really love the Brooklyn. And, I didn’t know until this morning that I *need* a new strap. Right now I usually just stuff the camera in my Duluth Pack diaper bag – wish they made a larger camera bag; I love the leather/canvas look.

I have a Joe Totes turquoise camera bag that I adore but I so want another one to interchange! I use it everyday and it’s getting rundown too. I need to take my camera everyday cause I don’t know what I might find!! I love your pic #1 and #4 but the insert might be my next pic since I would be able to interchange it in any bag!!

I bought the B-Hobo in grey from Kelly Moore bags. I loved it for the first couple of days, I still think the design is great but within a fortnight the leather had started to peel from the straps and the metal-ware that attaches the straps to the bag had started to flake the chrome colour off leaving it patchy and sharp so that it nicked my leather jacket and snagged a jersey knit. I’m quite light on handbags, normally I get bored with them way before they show any signs of wear so I was so disappointment that I didn’t even get 2 weeks use out of this one.
