We received Wooly the Sheep recently from The Land of Nod for a review and giveaway.

There’s something irresistible about the knit texture and little nubby bits on this sheep. August likes to chew its ears, but more often Eleanor is in possession of it. She has a little toy bed at the foot of her bed, and she likes to tuck the sheep in and say goodnight. I heard her crying last night and when I went to check on her, she was at the foot of her bed trying desperately to reach the sheep so she could sleep with it.

    I don’t know if my little guy would give up his booboo bear, but he would probably love to add Wooly to his crib menagerie. He has a bunch of stuffed toys that he MUST have when nap or bedtime rolls around. It’s pretty funny because he not only wants them there, but he wants them arranged in a very specific way too.

    Looks like one of those lifelong stuffed animals. Mine was an oversized bear that I kept even after I’d left him up close to a reading lamp that burned a circle of fur off his head! One of my oldest friends has a new baby girl – I’ve got a gift for her already but have been looking for something handmade and special to give to her older sister…just to remind her how special she still is.

    My son would love this. He currently loves chewing on a rubber giraffe, so a wooly sheep is not a stretch for him.
