Teaching at Columbia

Columbia College Chicago

Seeing as how we’re nearly midway through the semester already, perhaps I should mention the job offer I accepted?

Columbia College Chicago

I’m teaching a class at Columbia College Chicago. The course is ‘Blogging Beyond the Basics’ and I’m an adjunct in the Interactive Arts and Media division, co-teaching with an instructor from the Journalism department.

My students are juniors and seniors, split pretty evenly between young men and women, and (with a few exceptions I’m sure) they love Chicago and Kanye West. They’re funny. They’re smart. They’re studying marketing and advertising, public relations, journalism, and the various design fields, and I’m really enjoying teaching them.
