Both are looking better than my first sorry attempt. The one on the left is for my sister (we worked on it together), and the one one the right is mine.

Ooh, such luscious fabrics! The best thing to do after a failed attempt is to just get back on the wagon. Go you! Can’t wait to see these all done :)
“love is never having to say you’re sorry” and the fact that you are doing what you love is so incredible! give yourself (or your sister) a pat on the back that you are both crafty and making it lovely!
fabrics are fun and colorful!
that brown fabric is really nice! i can’t wait to see the finished purse!
lookin’ good!
They look amazing! :) Are you finding it easier this time?
I love the fabrics as well! I want them. Hey, maybe you can start selling purses soon ;)
I love the fabric you choose for yours. It’s going to be gorgeous!
LOVE those colors!!! I don’t know what it is about orange but I am so in love with it this year. :)
I am finding it easier this time. I think I needed to make my mistakes with the first purse to better learn how to do it right.
…and I definitely do NOT want to start selling purses. These took hours just to get to the semi-finished stage!
It looks gorgeous!! You have totally inspired me to make my own bags, so much so, I’ll be ordering fabric from some of the places you’ve recommended even though I’m getting it sent to Australia! (we have a poor selection of fabric…. and well, everything!)
I love what you did! My first purse was pretty crazy but I am slowly improving. My daughter loves to get them every few months.
