possible house #3 - WINNER!
The most expensive, but also the largest. Built in 1920. Has an ugly kitchen and 2 ugly bathrooms, but it has 4 bedrooms plus an extra little office room.

i like that this has extra space between houses, at least on the right side, so you can have a but more yard and privacy

I like the big front porch, for tea in the evenings. :) And I like the dormer better on this one too.

This is the one that we want, but we have to make sure we can afford it. And the bathroom on the main level actually isn't that bad... with a little paint it could be kind of cute.

I love all 3 houses. They have such character. I especially like the little window next to the door on this one. 4 bedrooms and 2 baths is hard to beat!
