A Chicago style bungalow! Built in 1928. Super affordable, but needs work. We’d have to put in a whole new kitchen, new AC/furnace, and it doesn’t have a garage (a must during Chicago winters).

House Hunters, that was my first thought too! Funny! I keep hearing Suzanne Whang's voice over as I look at the pictures.
