'K' for Kids Eleanor's Room Filing Cabinet

Flower Hooks

I’m going to use these flower hooks in Eleanor’s new room. They would be great in a grown-up space too though, especially if you spray painted them a solid color. They’re nice and sturdy with a good weight to them.

Also, they’re going to look smashing with the wallpaper I want to use.

Ooooh, they’re pretty! I’d buy them for my step daughter’s room if she was a girly girl – she is more into skulls and cross bones, and skateboards…

Good idea! I have little mirror hooks for my 5 year old girl. They really come in handy hanging her nightgown, her purses, her necklaces and headbands. She loves them. ~Tracy

Oh those will be just perfect with that wallpaper!! And I love the idea of painting them a solid color later to tone down the girly effect and modernize them a bit. I’m really looking forward to seeing what you create for Eleanor’s new space.

I saw your twitter comment, and I don’t have a twitter account. So I just respond here. I love to see a Making it Yours that involved a black, white and gray scheme. Since I see your have a very colorful style, I think it would be challenging and you can perhaps incorporate the IKEA STOCKHOLM RAND rug and Eames DSW Chairs in black. Rooms I’d like to see are living room, dining room, nursery, bedroom. Hope it helps :)

That wallpaper is amazing! I’ve been thinking about doing some wallpapering myself — any helpful tips?

I sort of like them just the way they are. Very feminine.

I really like these. I don’t have children but I would totally hang these in my mud room to hang my gardening tools on, very cute.

These are GREAT! I have some vintage ones that I found many, many years ago. After painting them out to a solid color they held towels in the itty bathroom at a rental my husband and I shared when we first got married. Oh…the memories….
I think I need to dig those up, clean them off and find a spot for them in our new place.
    Thanks for the inspiration.

I love those flower hooks, would love to have them in my baby’s room if it’s a girl, but pottery barn doesn’t ship to Europe :(
