i am going to be such a menace this afternoon.
My hubby had told me about this but no one has done it to me. So I watched Rick Astley’s video anyway from your link and I am almost too ashamed to say this….but….20 years after the fact, I still know every single word! LOL! OK how embarrassing is that? I used to LOVE this song! I just thought he was so cool back then – watching the video now is just hysterical. Thank you for the memories and the laugh!
God. My ex-boyfriend’s older brother thought Rick Astley was it. He used to practice Rick’s “moves” in front of the TV when the video came on. He was not 13 years old, either. O_O
I totally just found out about rick-rolling from XKCD the other day, I had no idea what it was. I still don’t get why it’s such a horrible fate, but that’s probably because I’m kind of still secretly in love with Rick Astley. Or maybe not so secretly. ;)
