I just ordered these vintage floral plates…

They should go nicely with my Star Glow vintage plate set that Brandon and I picked up a few months ago at an estate sale (dinner plates, dessert plates, serving dishes, the works)…

I have serious plate envy right now. Love your blog!
We love our star-glow plates. I’ve never seen them anyplace else! We pair ours with Temporama.
Oh those are really nice plates! I have some old ones from my ex-boyfriend’s mother. Haha :) I’m now married. :D
I can’t believe it! The star-glow plates are my grandmother’s plates that she gave me a few years ago. She said something like, “I don’t know why you’re so interested in these old everyday plates. I’ve seen them everyday for so many years and I’ve never thought they were anything special.”
I think they’re incredibly special and I’m so excited to see that others do too!
These are both so lovely!
I bought an everyday set at Ikea (plain but work well), and I am beginning to supplement it with vintage plates that I have found at thrift stores – some white china with silver on the edge and a silver snowflake in the middle, plus a beautiful glass platter with smaller plates and a swirly design…I like having an eclectic table :)
I have the plater that goes with your star glow plates! I got it in a random auction bag!
Ooh, how perfect for your dining room! Darling!
I have never seen anything more YOU in my life.
Enjoy them! And take lots of yummy tablesetting pics so I can drool on my mac. I need a new computer anyway…

Love the new floral vintage ones- how pretty!!
Oh my gosh, I love those plates, I have been looking for something just like them lately!
Those floral plates are lovely. Actually, I like them both. Oh and I nominated you for a blog luv award to find out more visit http://allprettylittlethings.blogspot.com/2009/01/i-am-luved_27.html.
Sherry took the words right out of my mouth. They just look so like you. A perfect fit. I can’t wait till they arrive at your home.
Great addition.
so cute

Cute combo together.
These plates are really lovely — particularly paired together!
I want the vintage floral plates!
I love vintage plates! I’ve come across some great finds at the thrift store.
I’m loving the star plates. Very whimsical.
Wow, those are so beautiful. I would steal those away from you. Great picks!
I have been trying to leave a comment for days, but for whatever reason the site is loading up slow on the Mister’s computer. ANYWAY, I love them and knew the second I saw them my husband would be scouring shops for some of his own.
vintage indeed are those plates on the bottom. Looks like the plates we used waaaay back in my grandma’s house that was stuck in the 70′s
Love the plates! Vintage china is my favorite!! My grandmother’s china was given to me some years ago, and I am continually amazed at how chic it remains today. Something like your current dishes, it features gold and teal “star glows”… only a bit more pared down and simple.
I love those star plates — very classy.
I have the star glow. Only those little plates that I found at the thrift, but the same exact ones and I’ve paired them up with a similar floral vintage pattern dinner set as well. Awesome, someone else who gets it!
Hope all is well ;-)
Fantastic plates. I love the ones with the stars!

I never looked at it like that. Wonderful stuff. Thanks
