Eleanor at Crown Fountain in Millennium Park

OK. Maybe Eleanor wasn’t that into the Modern Wing of the Art Institute, but I made it up to her by letting her splash around for half an hour in Millennium Park’s Crown Fountain. Now, for purely selfish reasons (I’m San Francisco bound and I’ll be missing her), I’m posting footage of Eleanor having a grand ole time.

Could you add a link to the Halloween mask contest? I need reminding and I’m sure I’m not alone.

    Darling video, too!

She’s so sweet! I too am ga-ga over her shoes. Her entire outfit is eye-catching, but what I love about it is that you still notice HER, and aren’t overwhelmed with all the crappe that tends to be all over a lot of children’s clothing. I too love to dress my kiddos cutely, but plainly, so that their own cuteness shines through.

Love the metallic kicks… your child, alright!

  • I love this.

  • It’s so sweet the way she kind of tests the water at all levels–hand wet, feet wet–and then just has fun.

  • So cute! Millenium Park is the best. You should take her for ice skating in the Winter once she get’s older.

Ps. Does that outfit come in adult size? (Shoes included).

  • Oh dear…she is so incredibly adorable! And that outfit! I love it with her beautiful little gold shoes! And I love so much when they first start walking like that….it is the best.

Too cute. My kids love that fountain too. Although I’ve never seen it that empty. We have to bring bathing suits now for every trip downtown.
