At the Back Door
Brandon setup a little area near the back door for our coats and shoes (and a leash too).
This is where the stairs are that lead down to the basement, right next to the back door in the kitchen.
The hooks and shelves only cost about $15 total (from IKEA). We should have done this a long time ago.

oooh, nice. I do admire—where I would go for white or black—you confidently pick red, or orange, or pink as your “neutral”! When does Barky McBarkerson arrive? :)

Did you fasten those right to the wall?, or did you screw a block of wood to the wall first?
depends on the thickness of your walls - if you have thin walls you may need to fix with the wood - depends…
