Warby Parker just came out with a slew of new glasses styles and they sent a few over for me to try. These two are my favorites. What do you think?
Also, I think sleeplessness agrees with me. I got about two hours of sleep the night before I took these photos. (Having a newborn will do that to you.)

But I am biased because I just bought these for myself. I got the tortoiseshell ones (or whatever they are calling the brown ones). But the black frames really suit you.

The Prestons look great on you! I’m excited to see them on somebody – I ordered my try-on frames and I’m dying to see how the Preston in the light brown looks on me.

The lipstick is Mac Lady Danger, but it looks nothing like it does in the photos above. It’s a much more vivid orange-red.
I like the Preston best, but I suppose I’m just not into rounder frames like the Sinclair, generally. I have the clear Webb and the black Finn frames from WP! I want to get a pair of the tangerine frames for summertime, too.

Well, the answer is sort of. I had written about Warby Parker before, so they wrote to me a couple of weeks ago to ask if I’d like to see the newest styles before they went up on the site. Sounded like fun, so I said yes. Then I fell in love with the two styles that I showed above, and they are letting me have one of each (yay!). But I didn’t know that when I was writing this post.
I was curious about your compensation, too. From now on, it would probably be a good idea to let us know when you’re being perk’d for something that you’re writing about…
Yes, I’m always transparent about my relationships. As I said, I hadn’t been compensated at the time I wrote the post, so I’m clarifying here in the comments that that had changed afterward. They are giving me the glasses as a thank you (the people at Warby Parker are really very nice).

Love the second glasses. I think I like the first, it’s just a little hard to tell with the angle. Sometimes these make me miss my glasses, but then I remember all the things I hated about wearing them, including never looking as adorable as you do in them, and again thank the good Lord that I was able to get Lasik.
