I also write for Babble’s Family Style blog. Here’s what I’ve been sharing there…
- Coolest matryoshka dolls ever.
- This baby shower for military moms-to-be made me happy. (Michelle Obama and Martha Stewart were both there!)
- Cute birthday ribbons (and they don’t just stop at the little kid years).
- I’m glad to have found a dress-up toy for boys!
- I like the one with the flags.

Nicole! First of all, August (whose name I love, it was high on the list for our second baby) is GORGEOUS!
Second, that house is soo darling.
Love the A-Frame house, so seventies. A great time for me, thanks for the inspiration.
Love the door! Just recently painted my door that same color after debating just the right shade of RED for so long!
OMG, I know this house! I’ve driven by it several times on vacations, and have always wondered what it is like inside. Now I know… absolutely amazing! Thanks.
I can attest that the Joey dress-up toy from M&D is indeed awesome. We took my nephew out to a nicer restaurant at ~2 1/2, and I knew I should have something onhand to keep him occupied waiting for the food.
He loved it so much, he almost didn’t want to put it away to eat. He asked to play with it more in the car on the way back home.
Aside from the case being not-transport-friendly, its the perfect size for bringing out with you when you need to keep them occupied at a table for a while.
We have the M&D dress up toy and it’s so fun!!
I love A-frame houses. What a nice example!
I like these round-up posts. I end up clicking on it all.
And your photography class skills are evident in your latest photos of Eleanor and August!
Your blog is fantastic, thank you for the inspiration!
