We went to the Oak Park parade this morning. There were Derby ladies skating, marching bands marching, and lots and lots of candy. I hope you’re having a lovely (though likely hot) Fourth as well!

    so sweet!! since it was a holiday in the middle-of-the-week we stayed home and the kids swam. yaay for summer.

    You both look so glamourous! I love parades that throw out candy. Even better is watching the adults out there scrambling for it.
