I just bought those exact same ones last night! I got them at a Dollar Store (but I’m in Canada so that probably doesn’t help you one bit). I’ve also seen very similar ones at Michael’s.

They sell them at oriental trading.

like above posters, i think you certainly buy them at places like michaels. but when i was a kid, i used to make them myself! lots of fun. just buy fuzzies, beads, etc at a craft store and you’re good to go. but i’m sure it’d be a little time consuming.
I’m pretty sure that I saw some at Paper Boy on Belmont. They also had these really sheep with party hats.

Wow! I refrained from buying those cuties just last night… at Borders here in DC. ($3.99 for nine small ones and same price for 12 of the tiny ones pictured)I hope you found them and gave them a happy home! Happy Spring!

I saw some at Michaels up here. The Joanns also has a big holiday section.
i saw some at the Christmas tree shop, not sure if you have those out by you.
I don’t know what you have where you are, but out here you can get them at Shopper’s Drug Mart and the Dollarama’s.
I purchased my army of tiny chicks at our local Cost Plus World Market.
We don’t have all of those stores around here, but I’ll go check at Michael’s and Cost Plus. Thanks, everyone!
i also saw some at borders… of all places! :)

Oh and I saw some adorable feather baby chicks too.
I also saw these at Michael’s. AND they were 40% off! They are very cute and fuzzy. I kept trying to think of an excuse to buy them!
