My Pink Loves Brown pocket mirrors are in today’s Washington Post Express!
The Washington Post Express is handed out at all the metro stops in DC, MD and VA for free, and you can also download the December 5 issue here (the mirrors are on page 50).
I was surprised when I was nominated, thrilled when I was interviewed, and then shocked when I saw my face staring back at me in the Winter 2008 issue of Venus Zine! The magazine won’t be on newsstands until December 1, but I subscribe and my copy arrived today.
Without even looking through the table of contents, I started flipping through to see if I could find the little blurb I was expecting about Pink Loves Brown. Um, SURPRISE. I found it right away, since there’s a photo of me that takes up a quarter of a page! Yowza.
A two page feature! And I won the top spot in the Hottt List! Amazing. Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU to everyone that voted for me!
