Eleanor’s a very snuggly baby. It’s really sweet, but I’ve not accomplished much lately other than perfecting the art of being a human pillow and milk supplier.
Hopefully soon we’ll find our rhythm. In the meantime, I’ve been enjoying this time with her.

OH my goodness…this will be the 256th time you’ll hear this, but enjoy it, remember it, let it sink in. It absolutely flies by. They get more and more fun as they get older, but you will always, always, always miss those times.

I loved that picture. My little one was born when I was 38 and it took me a while too to leave my daily schedule behind, work and all those daily’s to-dos. And I swear, Bianca is almost 5 now and I already miss it … Enjoy! She is soooooooooooo cute!
We’ll vote for your porch. You just take care of your little one. You’ll have time for your blog in a few weeks. It took me about 6 weeks to get used to having my little girl and regaining enough energy to focus on other things.

I know it is so hard to slow down, but just stop and smell the baby…you will never regret it! I had a really hard time with that with my first baby, but they just grow so fast. It may sound cliche, but savor every moment you possibly can. Congratulations on your new little sweetie!

Oh my goodness, I have the same burger king “return of the jedi” glass at my house…..it was from my childhood and now a treasured possession of my husband’s. Eleanor is absolutely beautiful!
