October in Chicago is funny. The temperature is in the high seventies this week but we could just as easily be thirty degrees colder, so we’re spending some time outside and enjoying the warm weather while we can. Wouldn’t one of these rattan chairs be cute on a porch or patio (like Jaime’s below), or in a sunroom?

Such a sweet chair.

I think I need a few of these for weeding the garden. And for gathering the increasing amount of outdoor toys strewn about the yard.

p.s. I rounded up a bunch more indestructible kid-proof storage baskets over here.

I have a million peony bushes in the backyard (well, twelve or so), but I think the one nearest the egg chair might qualify for special treatment with this support cage from Terrain.

Driftwood Garland and Disc Chimes

That garland would be really pretty hanging outside on a porch. Especially if you contrasted it with the smooth, organic shapes of the ceramic disc chimes.
