We choose you, bamboo.

A decision has been made about the bedroom floor! Brandon and I went to Lowes last night and we chose solid bamboo in a very dark brown (Jacobean). Hooray! We ordered enough for the bedroom and for the studio, so no more yucky carpet for us!

    Congrats – if we had a newer house we would absolutely choose bamboo, purely from an ecologically conscious standpoint. That and it looks really cool too. :)

    wonderful choice! we bought our house with bamboo flooring in the kitchen! we love it. i wish the whole house was bamboo! ;)
