I was looking through my Etsy favorites and ran across this onesie that I hearted awhile back. It’s made by the lovely and talented Miss Sarah Coyne. I suppose it may be time to order it soon, eh?
Meanwhile, here’s what I’m thinking about…
Brandon and I will find out if we’re having a girl or boy next week, the day before Thanksgiving!

November 18, 2008 at 1:10 amWell, I can tell you the pressure is on for us to have a girl. The last seven babies in Brandon’s family have all been boys. They all want a little girl to spoil!

November 18, 2008 at 5:28 amhowdy, you look great in the style pics…
Make sure that you still get everything neutral cuz coming from my Midwife (England) mother-in-law, they can and do get it wrong occasionally. not that it matters if your baby wears blue or pink. Though it does irritate when your baby is wearing blue BOY clothes and tehy still call him a ‘she’ .. tee hee.
I’ve got a little boy and want a little girl, but hubby’s family all make only boys!

November 18, 2008 at 1:03 pmLove your little “boy or girl?” design. It would be adorable on note cards that parents-to-be could send to everyone sharing the ultrasound outcome. Can’t wait to hear what you’re having!

when i was pregnant…my “GUT” feeling was that the baby was a GIRL! i had dreams about her..i even started to talk to “her”…but once we had the ultrasound and our doctor started to talk to us about the baby..and show us “her” on the screen…i said something to the like of…”yeah i guess he would like that in his room…” and the doc said..”why did you say he??” and i totally didnt know why id said it..and SURPRISE! SURPRISE! IT WAS THE MOST AMAZING BABY BOY EVER! (still is!) so we’d wanted a girl so bad lol that we started to believe it! hhaha lol

November 18, 2008 at 8:29 pmSeeing all this baby stuff makes me so excited; I can’t wait to know what you are having. I imagine to you next week seems like an eternity; although, it will be a good surprise for Thanksgiving.
My sister-in-law is having a girl in January. I SO want to shower her with all these gifts, but I’m worried my taste might not be what my brother and his wife like for their baby – so I guess a gift card will have to suffice. :(

November 19, 2008 at 2:05 amI’m deeply and completely in love with the font you’ve used here. The flat edges and rounded bits are making me very happy. Any chance you’d be willing to share which one it is? Please?
Kylie
November 19, 2008 at 5:29 amI’m definitely having a girl feeling. I’ll be interested to see if I’m right, I picked 7 from 7 last year with my friends. :)

November 19, 2008 at 9:16 pmCongratulations! And have a blast “finding out” – it was one of the most exciting days of my life and such a delight to spend the second half of my pregnancy calling my daughter by her name.
By the way – love all your nursery musings too :)

November 20, 2008 at 11:09 amNicole, Thought of you at Target yesterday, they had that saying on a cute little sign in their art area. It was a thin, long sign in a neutral color & I can’t remember for sure, but I believe it was maybe 10 or $15?

November 21, 2008 at 2:14 pmHello Nicole- I am smiling as I read your blog because we are on the same baby schedule. We are expecting too and finding out whether ours is a boy or girl on Monday the week of Thanksgiving. Congrats to both of you and hope you are feeling well.

November 22, 2008 at 1:06 amCongrats and what a way to spend Thanksgiving week! We’re due in late Feb/early March. Seeing how much the baby grew from your first ultrasound to your 20 week one is amazing. Besides knowing you’ll also be able to see them move around and everything! I have a funniest ultrasound pic of my daughter yawning.
