Style

Style: March ’10

My favorite shade of pink (with a bit of purple) seems to have swung back on the fashion pendulum. I’m seeing it pop up everywhere!

Style: March '10

The dress looks similar to the one I featured last July that I own and wear all the time. I’d pair it with a cardigan over top or a long-sleeved tee underneath until the weather warms up. The necklace is the same one everyone went nuts over when I posted the picture of me with my new red hair, and it’s only $29. I’d add a yellow bag to finish off the outfit, along with a stack of gold rings, and cute little flats.

Those flats, by the way? LOVE them. I just ordered them last week and I’m pretty much going to be wearing them non-stop this spring and summer. I’m tempted to get them in pewter too.

I absolutely love this look! The adorable flats, the cute-yet-comfy dress, and the mix of pastels with metals! Love, love, love it!

I might have to grab that dress for myself – I love jersey dresses, but they’re usually too clingy for a pear-shaped gal like myself, but that one looks like it’s worth trying. Thanks for posting great finds!

I love this shade of pink and the purse is SO cute. Just as an fyi (and a $$ saver), Target has the same style shoes in gold, pewter and black.

Very cute dress! Too bad the skirt is only 17″ long. I’m too tall for that short a skirt.

I noticed a few weeks ago that Target had those shoes but they HURT my feet, so sad. The “real deals” are SO COMFY though. Wish I could get a FEW pair for the Spring and Summer… swear I would live in them. I ordered the black, pewter, and yellow color to see if I liked them and the color and I did- so fab!

I bought those flats last summer in both yellow and bronze. They are super comfy for working and trekking around the city. I can’t wait to get the pink this year.

Bravo, I love your picks. And thanks, as others have said, for the necklace link. I might have to get it! Also, I was just going to say… hey, at target they have the exact same look… but yes, there’s a reason they’re so cheap. Which is fine by me, if I know what I am getting and for what usage. I totally think you get what you pay for and depending on the item and CPW it’s important to consider if it’s worth top dollar. Regardless, I want to check them both out in person.

Also, I love your color palette. Just lovely.

I love a good jersey dress. I purchased one from H&M last year and wore the ever-lovin’ crap out of it.

This year, I’ve replaced it with this dress. LOVE it.

Get them in pewter! I bought them in pewter last spring (I absolutely heart Seychelles) and couldn’t make myself wear any of my other flats. Now I want them in pink…

Note: if you have wide feet like me be prepared for some tightness from the front 2 straps.

I loved this post the first time I saw it, and was just sneaking a peek at it again when I realized that’s the same dress I bought last night in the gray! I guess now I have great ideas of exactly how to wear it. Time to buy some flats I guess =)
I’m trying to find more of that kind of casual yet pulled together dresses to expand my wardrobe for the summer so if you have other favorites i’d love to see them. Thanks!
