March 17, 2010 at 9:59 amSo cute!
I hope you saved 10% on that by using your AAA card on Target.com! AAA Mid-Atlantic gives the discount, I hope your local club does too!
charmaine
March 17, 2010 at 9:59 amI heart that bike. Of course, it’s sold out already! So jealous!
Gwendolyn
March 17, 2010 at 10:18 amI love it! Are you going to get a little baby seat and helmet for Eleanor?
Making it Lovely
March 17, 2010 at 10:43 amI don’t know… that makes me nervous! I’m looking forward to family bike rides, but that won’t happen for several years.
Helen
March 17, 2010 at 10:27 amAnd edition 6/500? Wow! Do you mind telling how much it cost? Isn’t online and I’m curious :)
Making it Lovely
March 17, 2010 at 10:44 am$199! Shipping was expensive ($90), but getting a bike for less than three hundred is still a pretty good deal.
Heather
March 17, 2010 at 10:30 amIt’s so pretty! They’re already out of stock on so many of the Lady of Liberty products here (and online)..boo hoo!

Amanda
March 17, 2010 at 10:43 amWow! Is it really #6 out of only 500 made? That’s kind of neat!
Making it Lovely
March 17, 2010 at 10:44 amYeah, I kind of like that I got such a low number! ;)
jen
March 17, 2010 at 10:50 amI am so jealous! I don’t think they would make one for me since I am 6′ but boy do I want one. I hope you have fun cruisin’ around today!
Rachael Anne
March 17, 2010 at 10:54 amLook at you on the ball! That beautiful bike has been sold out for awhile, so you getting the 6th out of 500 is impressive. Most of the entire Liberty of London collection is gone in my local stores. Too many people with good taste.
Making it Lovely
March 17, 2010 at 11:28 amI ordered the bike right away. I went to the store at 10:00, just one hour after they opened, and all of the stuff was already picked over!
Abbie
March 17, 2010 at 10:59 amI am so jealous! I don’t live within an hour and a half of a Target and have been dying to see the LOL collection. The bikes are just too fun! Very cool that you got a low number, too!

Kate at Centsational Girl
March 17, 2010 at 11:42 amOh my goodness, what a perfectly feminine bike, and so YOU ! I can’t believe how brilliant Liberty of London is to partner with Target – in this economy we all crave impeccable style at a reasonable price – so smart, stylish and savvy ! Great pic girl, now all you need is one of those little baby trailers and you and Eleanor are on your way adventuring. Sweetness !
Emily
March 17, 2010 at 11:44 amSo jealous you got yours already! I ordered the Paisley print one, because i wasn’t quick enough to get the floral.. too bad it wont make it to me in nyc till beginning of april!
Simone

March 17, 2010 at 4:52 pmI.AM.SO.JEALOUS!!!!!
I want this bike so bad. I imagaine myself riding this bike on the Chicago lake front path wearing a ruffly sun dress and putting a wicker basket on the front of the bike that would be filled with flowers from the Green City Market.
I.AM.SO.JEALOUS!!!!!
Bobbi
March 17, 2010 at 6:48 pmI was able to get the last one from the Target in San Diego on Sunday morning — I didn’t know they were a limited edition!
I’m going to sneak out of work early to go see what mine is…I’ll have to make that my new lucky number!

March 18, 2010 at 8:10 pmI was in Target yesterday…really liked the LOL stuff…then turned a box of stationary over and saw “made in China”. It just didn’t seem so special after that.

March 19, 2010 at 11:20 pmI went to target.com to order the Liberty of London baby bedding you had posted a few weeks back on your “sneek peek.” On the release date, March 14th it said “coming soon” then the next day it said “not available”. Any word on this item? No one at stores or even their customer service phone line can tell me anything…I’m 8wks away from delivery and MUST HAVE this crib bedding!
alison
March 20, 2010 at 11:47 amit’s weird but somehow following your blog has allowed me to curb my spending habits. you have so many cute things…i can just go online and look at your cute stuff instead of buying my own.

March 22, 2010 at 2:07 pm“Covetable,” indeed! I just saw one listed on eBay for $750 and climbing. . .
Have fun!

March 22, 2010 at 3:28 pmMine arrived last week as well. It’s #25…a nice round number. :-) Nicole if you don’t mind me asking, was it difficult to put it together and what tools are needed? Mine is sitting here in “dry dock” until my son comes next week and he asked what he should bring.

March 22, 2010 at 8:40 pmHello! I also ordered the Liberty of London lady cruiser. I ordered mine online the first day of the launch and it arrived last week. The it is still in its pretty brown box (my back is injured) till I can get it over to the bike shop for assembly. Till then, I am shopping online for the perfect wicker basket, bike lights and bike lock.
Enjoy your bike!
karen
June 28, 2010 at 12:22 pmAlso have this bike – and i am 6′ tall. Sharing it with my 14 year old daughter, but I don’t know what number we got. Please let us know what basket you decide on – it is the kind of bike that screams for a basket, but i’m clueless about the options.
Pattie
March 24, 2010 at 9:41 amI’ve been looking for this bike at every Target in three states so I have to say I hate you. Not really, well maybe a little. Be sure to lock it up if you leave it somewhere because I know it won’t be there when you come back if you don’t.
Melissa
March 24, 2010 at 10:46 amGorgeous! Have you seen their (Liberty of London) line of little girl’s dresses? All similar bold prints, with many bold pinks and oranges, etc. I’m thinking Eleanor needs one or two…or ten. (I know my daughter did!) (I follow your blog religiously…de-lurking today for a good cause!) Take care, Melissa (off to buy that adorable grassy drying rack…)

March 28, 2010 at 3:36 pmI went to three target stores to buy this bike and none of them had it. I went to the three target stores because I’m aware of target’s shipping costs. I paid $80 for each victoria hagen chair that I bought for my dining room table. AGH. Well, no dice. I should have ordered online. BUMMER. So beautiful. I congratulate you. I didn’t know they would be numbered either. sO AWESOME
