Isn’t that lovingly referred to as “The Million Dollar Family”? (mom, dad, daughter, son… cats, dog…)
Congrats! And as we say in our family: A Blessing on Your Head!
Oh, that’s wonderful!!!Congratulations…one of each is just so perfect…I can’t wait to find out what were having in November!! My 15 month is looking forward to being a big brother to a little sisiter!
That’s so exciting! I remember I was trying to pitch your home to a certain DIY mag when you were pregnant last time – I still don’t get why they didn’t run it. Have a great weekend and thanks for sharing your world – loved so many of your posts.
Congrats! You should check out my blog: http://4mothers1blog.wordpress.com. We are four women with 10 boys between us. I just had our third boy, three weeks ago. You’ll love having a little guy! Such fun!
Word of caution: boys think everything is a ball and can be tossed. Including: tv remotes, all plastic toys and the occasional shoe!

Congratulations! side note…little boys also pee fountains unexpectedly during diaper changes, so keep something handy!
Adorable: Mom, dad, boy, girl, dog, and a few cats. This is the cutest thing ever. You need to surround your house with a white picket fence and immediately go bake an apple pie.
This photo is so cute. Eleanor looks a little unsure about having a baby brother. :) My brother and I are about the same age difference (me older) and we get along well.
Congrats! I was in your shoes once…;) My daughter was exactly 19 months old when my son was born. Little tip, keep your daughter on her same schedule and put your son on the same one but add feedings and naps in between. That way, at least twice a day you will have free time for yourself while the little ones nap…;) I had a total of 5 hours a day all to myself. It was bliss. Believe me, you’re going to need it. So snatch it up when you got it…:)
How wonderful Nicole – congrats! I wasn’t sure how I would “feel” about a boy after being so excited about my girl, but as you’ll see, there’s something different/special about the relationship between a little boy and his mama that’s really unexpected and dear! Continued best wishes!
Yay you get 1 of each!! I bet that is awesome. I just had a little girl 2 months ago and I can’t wait to have another one. I miss being pregnant…I know I am crazy!!! Congrats on the little boy. You will do amazing!

I have one of each and it’s awesome! Congrats to you and B.!
Yay! Congratulations. I am having a boy too, he’s my first, and let me tell you start looking now, because cute and stylish baby boy stuff is hard to come by. But makes the hunt all that more fun when you find something. :)
Congrats! Can’t wait to see how your home evolves with a lil’ boy in the mix. Having 2 boys of my own, I can tell you it will probably involve dirt, cars and lots of potty talk.

Congratulations! One of each – how wonderful! (And selfishly, I was secretly hoping to see what awe-inspiring things Mrs. Pink was gonna do with the color blue, since we know it’s not your favorite palette. I’m sure you’ll surprise everyone with your color choices. Cannot WAIT to see what develops!) How’s your new office downstairs coming along, by the way?
Congrats! Girl #1 and Boy #2 is the best birth order ever. I have two little brothers that I love(d) to boss around.

Congratulations Nicole! My little boy is a month younger than Eleanor and he’s into everything at the moment!
I’ve noticed that there are a few comments about little fountains while changing nappies – you might like to check out http://www.bebabean.com – they sell some very useful “Pee-pee teepees” (yep, they are what they sound like!) which come in a range of cute colours and patterns!
Congrats! Boys are wonderful. I was nervous when I found out we were having a boy–particularly when it came to the nursery. But I couldn’t love him more and I also love how his room turned out. You’re gonna love being a boy mama.
I’m ridiculously excited to hear that you are having a boy. I have a little boy too and it is SO MUCH FUN!. Besides I have my own selfish reason: I can’t wait to see in what direction you are taking his nursery and to be inspired by it.
Blessings!
