By the way – love how serious and grown up Eleanor looks in the photo, very cute!
Best wishes!

Wow, over a hundred comments already! You have inspired me to plan my 65 before 65. I have 14 months. It’s nice you are having a boy. One of each is good. I loved your hair red. Ann
Very fun! I’m due with a girl next month after 2 little boys. Can’t wait for all the girlishness. I hear boys and girls are very different from the get-go. I know my boys are a little wild and crazy, but I sure do love them! I’m sure you guys will have a blast with one of each!
Congratulations to you all! Such wonderful news and oh so special for you to have the best of both world’s with one of each :) Can’t wait to see a baby boy nursery :)
Congratulations! You are very blessed to have one of each! My sister just had a little boy 12 days ago and her daughter just turned two before the baby was born. This kind of reminds me of your little family now! I love being an aunty! Congrats again!
CONGRATS!!! Ooh, it’ll be fun to see what you do with his room!! :)

Congrats, omg! As someone who grew up with a brother who was very close to her in age (I’m 14 months older than him), it’s an absolutely wonderful situation to have. My brother and I fought a lot when we were kids, but as we got older we got closer and closer – he got me interested in a lot of “boy” things (to this day I still like video games and ninja turtles, haha), and I managed to rub some of my “girl” traits off on him (he still takes me shopping to help him pick out clothes, which is insane). We actually ended up in the same grade in High School (he got skipped up), and so most people we know think we’re twins – and honestly, it feels more like we’re twins. Something about having a sibling so close in age is great, like constantly having a friend around.
…Anyway, that was a huge ramble. But I’m so thrilled for you! I hope Eleanor has the same awesome experience with her brother as I’ve had with mine. :)
Congratulations!!! I have an 2-year-old daughter and 7-month old son and my girl is like a little mommy to her brother! It’s an adventure for sure!

This is so amazing. My son is 2 and I’m expecting my second as well around the same time you’re due (Feb 16 for me). We just found out that we’re having a girl! Supposedly, there’s only a 20% chance of having the opposite gender, so it’s pretty amazing that this has occurred fairly frequently lately (I have 3 friends who had second children recently or are expecting second children and are all having the opposite gender!).
While it would have been equally awesome for you to have another girl, it’s going to be exciting to have one of each ;-) I look forward to ‘meeting’ the little Mr. when he arrives, but till then, I hope you have a fabulous rest of the pregnancy!
P.S. I had my first child, a boy, 4.5 months ago, and he’s clingy, but so delicious ;-)
Oh how exciting!!! Congratulations!!! Slugs and snails and puppy dog’s tails!!
