Enjoy the long weekend, everyone! I’ll see you back here on Tuesday.
- The best engagement photos ever.
- Here’s a great interview with Pinterest co-founder Ben Silbermann. I still have Ben’s business card from the first Alt Summit. It was from his day job, and he just wrote “pinterest.com” in pen on the back. Now the site is huge! I bet Ben has proper business cards now and everything.
- OMG. A little Amy Atlas style dessert table, in miniature.
- These framed birthday invitations are so sweet!
- Woah. This lamp.
I also write for Babble’s Family Style blog. Here’s what I’ve been sharing there…
- Gold number rings and dainty little rings with hearts or initials. I have one of those heart rings in rose gold, celebrating August’s birth. (I love sentimental jewelry.)
- For those who really love coffee.
- High/Low fashion: Ballet flats with a tie detail.
- Local pride onesies! Plus my favorite baby onesie ever…
- Do you wear perfume? I was excited to see that this classic has been rereleased.

September 2, 2011 at 4:34 pmMy boyfriend’s sister took those photos! It’s been amazing for us to watch them spread across the internet. :)

September 2, 2011 at 4:37 pmOh, that’s so cool! I saw the photos last week, but they linked to the couple’s wedding page. I think the attention caught them off guard and they made everything private (understandably). I was glad to have found the photographer so that I could link to the photos’ source!

September 10, 2011 at 6:03 amI LOVE those pictures. I wish I had the creativity in 1992 (or EVER) to have thought of them for me and my then-fiance. We love zombies!

September 3, 2011 at 6:07 pmThank you again for providing us with this service. I always feel a tad more hip after I read this. Can anyone duplicate the Anthropologie lamp in a cheaper fashion? I was thinking about August this morning, isn’t it time for his photo again? I must have missed the last one, I think they are in the middle of the month. Ann

September 8, 2011 at 12:05 amThanks! August’s photo is always on the eighth. And there is this lamp for much less, but of course I don’t like it nearly as much.

September 6, 2011 at 8:57 amThose photos are timeless. I have photos like that of my great-grandparents in the 19-teens, or whatevery you call that decade between 1910 and 1920!
