Honor Roll

I am smack in the middle of planning four parties for four separate photo shoots (I’ve posted some sneak peeks on Instagram), the scope of which is comparable to planning four weddings. And I’m leaving on Sunday to go to Houston Dallas* for three days, right before the first shoot! Needless to say, I’m going a wee bit crazy. I’m glad for the work (truly), but this is definitely a time to put my head down and work. (I think I can, I think I can…)

I saw the image above on Lisa Congdon’s blog a couple of weeks ago, and it really stuck with me. This has been a period of leaping, feet-first. Hopefully I’ll land well.

* (I’m an idiot — I’m going to Dallas, not Houston. Sorry for mixing them up.)

• Coral, coral, coral; it seems to be the only color I’m thinking about lately. Here are some of my favorite coral finds.

• A brilliant new way to try on glasses, virtually. I may be a little too excited about it.

• And these glasses are amazing! Too bad they’re only a conceptual piece.

• These yellow bookcases (etageres, if you’re fancy) look expensive, but I think I know their secret.

• In search of the infamous J. Crew Bubble Necklace? I found some knockoffs. But would you buy a fake?

• My bedroom has always had a neutral paint color, but it has been anything but neutral.

• Speaking of anything but neutral: Yowza! Could you live with a couch like that?
