If so, I sent some to my sister as a Christmas present. Maybe I need to gift them to myself too? jbhat Reply Making it Lovely March 27, 2013 at 1:51 pm Those are the ones! They’re melamine, or plain old plastic. We use them a lot for the kids. Reply jbhat March 27, 2013 at 6:02 pm I thought so. I need to scoop up a set. jbhat Reply Jillian@TheHumbleGourmet March 27, 2013 at 11:42 am Too cute! Reply Chelsea T March 27, 2013 at 11:58 am What a patootie. Reply Tristan B. March 28, 2013 at 9:46 am Love these shots! Reply Henna | HENNA BLOSSOM blog March 28, 2013 at 10:00 am Oh, I LOOOVE these. Nice captures, Nicole. You know, these are the photos you end up treasuring the most. It’s not the set up photo shoots…it’s these ones in the KITCHEN with daddy, and them being themselves. What I love is that these are exactly the images you mean when you say “I wish my eyes could take photos.” :) Reply Henna | HENNA BLOSSOM blog March 28, 2013 at 10:02 am oh and PS. Nice job capturing these shots with the window in the background. So many of my favorite shots include windows, but the backlit image it’s something that I don’t always get right in my photography. those classes paying off? :) Reply Making it Lovely March 28, 2013 at 3:05 pm It was a little tricky, yeah. I overexposed to compensate, which worked, and then I edited in Lightroom (mostly). These are the first photos I’ve worked with in Lightroom, and I think they turned out well! Reply Jocelyn March 28, 2013 at 10:20 am Love this casual post. I think she looks the most like you in the first photo! Reply Jocelyn March 28, 2013 at 10:40 am Hey Nicole, sorry this is way off topic but could you please tell me where you got your white ceramic bust plant pots? I adore them and can’t find anything similar anywhere! Thanks, Jocelyn Reply Making it Lovely March 28, 2013 at 3:04 pm These? I ordered them from Floral Art LA. Reply Erin March 29, 2013 at 7:08 am Great series! Reply ddu March 31, 2013 at 7:37 pm You are in for such a treat! My Eleanor is almost 23, and she was the same kind of balls-to-the-wall pistol as your Eleanor. They grow beautifully and boldly into their name and their power. Brava you, Mom, for giving her wings. Best wishes! Leave a Reply Cancel Reply Name * Email * Website Notify me of follow-up comments via e-mail This site uses Akismet to reduce spam. Learn how your comment data is processed.
