I’ve given up on waiting to see if the tweed coat I wanted makes it to clearance. Someone recommended this coat as an alternative (and as a spot-on match for Eleanor’s yellow tweed coat that I loved so much). I ordered it, and it’s fantastic. Then, when I was out last night shopping for a birthday present, I spotted a couple of beautiful green bags by Coach. They would both look so good with my yellow spring coat! I wanted both but left with none — so I’m living vicariously through today’s style post.

Next time you want a grown-up clone to Eleanor’s sweet little Boden tweed coat, go to ebay and type in harris tweed coat- they were classic in the 60’s.

I ordered that dress, but it was really short > like mini dress length. I’m 6′-0″ tall so this happens often, but it didn’t look like a mini on the model.
