November 17, 2014 at 12:51 pmFond memories in Pullman. More so for Roseland. (Giving away my age!) Well, for sure, those were the days! Happy, carefree and absolutely fun!! I had school friends living in Hegewisch. We would shop weekends at Gately’s People Store. Always went home with wonderful bargins + full tummies from donuts and pop … yumm! Years ago I gave away a gorgeous (broken) green glass lamp, w/black shade, that I purchased at Gately’s. Should have kept it. Hopefully, Pullman Park wb a huge success.
