I like the idea, that they’re different, that they don’t conform to the norm. But I dislike them for the same reason. I’m not OCD (okay maybe a bit) but while I think they would work well in some spaces, having them in my home would have me *itching* to straighten them.

Super fun! Perfect display space for my slice of fresh cantaloupe. (Huh?)
Oh my gosh, I must be be much more up-tight than I thought, but these make me so anxious! The contents of the shelves are very pretty. But the shelves make me want to race over and rescue them, since they look on the verge of falling. Obviously I need to relax. Sigh.

March 28, 2011 at 10:07 pmThese shelves would look sweet in your new bathroom. Are they shallow enough?
Making it Lovely
March 29, 2011 at 1:30 pmNo, I wish. They’re a pretty substantial size and much too deep for the bathroom wall.

March 31, 2011 at 9:40 pmHee! I guess these really are love-’em-or-hate-’em shelves. They’re cute, but they kind of stress me out, especially the top picture. So funny.
