Jessica (of {BLACK. WHITE. YELLOW.} fame) was kind enough to pick up an Orla Kiely pitcher for me when she spotted one all by its lonesome at Target. She knew that the pitcher was the one item that I had been most looking forward to in the Orla collection, and I was having trouble finding it. How thoughtful of her!
I had been planning to use the pitcher as a vase all along, so I picked up some asters and kermits when I was out running errands today. So cheery.
Oh, and I highly recommend checking out The Pioneer Woman’s Photoshop Actions if you like the faded look of the photo above. I used the “Seventies” action on that one, but they’re all pretty amazing.

March 6, 2009 at 5:43 pmSo jealous! The only thing I’ve been wanting (desperately) from the Orla Kiely/Target collaboration is that pitcher (but in green) and I can’t find it anywhere locally. I’ll just have to oggle yours! :D

March 6, 2009 at 6:33 pmOh I am so jealous that we don’t have Target in Canada. I’m coveting those adorable kitchen canisters. I think a trip over the border is in order! (Rhyme not intentional).

March 7, 2009 at 4:09 amOh, that looks so lovely. My friend in the US is urgently sourcing that very pitcher for me – no Target in the Netherlands, boo. If she manages to find one for me, that is exactly what I plan to use it for too!

March 7, 2009 at 5:10 amThe Orla Kiely pitcher looks so retro and lovely as a vase, and that’s exactly the function i would give it if i could get one.
Unfortunately, there’s no Target in Portugal!
