Brandon and I had our closing yesterday. One hour and a million signatures later, we were the new owners of a very old house.
My usual Honor Roll will go up tomorrow, and I’ll begin processing the hundreds of photos I’ve taken. I’m so glad I can finally share the inside! I wish I could include a few here, but I’m using my phone to post, and it’s not working well. I’m not trying to be a tease, I swear. Photos, Monday!

August 22, 2013 at 2:58 pmThat front porch/staircase looks so cool. Are you planning on changing any of it, or leave it painted as-is?

August 23, 2013 at 3:37 pmNo plans to change it at this time. Purple’s not my favorite, but it really works for the house!

August 22, 2013 at 4:11 pmCongrats on this house! This is random, but I was wondering if you could post close up pictures of your hair (front, back and sids) . It is super cute and looks exactly like what I need right now. I’m growing out my bangs and I have two little ones, which gives me about 2 minutes to dry my hair in the morning.

August 23, 2013 at 3:44 pmShort hair is so easy to care for! The downside is that you have to get pretty frequent haircuts to maintain it. Since we’ve been out of state for nearly a month, I missed a normally scheduled cut (every 10 weeks) and my hair is growing out a bit. If you need pictures to go off of, I recently realized that my haircut is pretty close to this little boys’!
