It’s nice when all of my favorite colors and finishes are trending because they’re easy to find, but it’s also all too tempting. I don’t need three new side tables! Oh, but I do want each of them.
All of this is new in stores. All of it is lovely! All of it is pink, brass, marble, repeat.

October 24, 2015 at 4:55 amNicole, here’s an idea. Choose a room, ANY room, really, focus on that room for a while (two, three months?), decorate it to your heart’s content and blog about it. ONE relevant shopping list is OK. Work-in-progress shots are superwelcome. (Even more so if we get to see you working happily at it, like in the good old days, verbigratia: https://www.flickr.com/photos/pinklovesbrown/1511231755) One or two tightly-cropped vignettes are also OK, as long as you also include lots of wider images that allow us to see/imagine the space, layout, overall vibe. Deal?

October 24, 2015 at 11:09 amOn the other hand I enjoy everything you post-I follow a # of blogs for no other purpose than entertainment…a look at how all of these other people live and think, here in America and lots of places around the globe, If you are interesting I will follow- and you can be the total opposite of how I dress or decorate-actually the difference is much more interesting than someone on the same page as I am. Tell Calvin to chill for a while – he is growing up way too fast.

October 25, 2015 at 11:40 amYour pink posts always give me absolute heart eyes. This one is no exception. :)
That Kate Spade sconce would look amazing in the tiny 1950’s staircase that leads to my upstairs bedroom. Officially on my wishlist!

October 26, 2015 at 8:46 amThe Kate Spade blush lamp is on-spot for drum table in my living room! Round table belonged to my grandma Annie. Believe me, it’s an oldie and I still adore it. Drapery + linen slip sofa cover = perfection! Thinking about that lamp. Maybe I will! :)) P.S. Pics of your children on Instagram are absolutely gorgeous. Wow. Those happy smiles!
