(I’ll be taking a photo of Eleanor sitting in the Eames rocker and wearing her pin each month until she’s two years old.)

February 28, 2011 at 2:46 pmI don’t know if it’s just the way she’s sitting or because she’s had a real growth spurt this month, but she suddenly looks all arms & legs in this picture! She’s getting so big. *sniff*

February 28, 2011 at 10:25 pmWasn’t it conscientious of me to space my children out like that? ;)
Your Mother
February 28, 2011 at 11:50 pmperhaps, but now you’ve set a precedent for yourself :)
I love her attitude.

March 1, 2011 at 12:04 pmShe looks perfectly precious, but ha! I did muse that she looked a wee bit more tired than last month. All those big sisterly duties to tend to…

February 28, 2011 at 4:00 pmSomeone’s probably mentioned this before, but it would be interesting to keep going past the two years! Go to 18! How cool would it be for her to look at later on? I wish I could see my life like that.
Making it Lovely
February 28, 2011 at 10:26 pmI’ll still take yearly photos after she turns two, I just won’t be doing them monthly anymore.
Lisa
February 28, 2011 at 4:02 pmAs the oldest of 3 – I can’t help but project onto her a caption that reads “is this little guy sticking around?”
jodi
February 28, 2011 at 4:24 pmI think that is the coolest idea!! You got some really good shots of her!! Congrats on your new little guy and hope you all are getting along just fine!

February 28, 2011 at 6:23 pmI think that is such a cute idea. I’ve seen kids before in their monthly photo shots and I think it’s a great idea. I like the background too of the living area.

March 1, 2011 at 12:33 amWish I had done this. Imagine giving them a mosaic picture of them on their 21st birthday, made up of 252 photos, a photo for every month since their birth.

March 1, 2011 at 1:03 amOh my gosh this is pure juicy goodness!
Lisa
March 1, 2011 at 1:44 amit might get out of hand, but i feel like you should keep doing this until she’s 5. then from 5, you have annual photos. it’s just such a great idea. you can really see how she’s grown and how her personality is developing in the photos. it’s just awesome.

March 1, 2011 at 8:02 amHa! This is the same face that’s stuck on my 2-year-old nephew after getting a new brother last week (“Really?”).
Erika
March 1, 2011 at 11:00 amHa! Looks like she is not too thrilled with the arrival of baby brother! She is still adorable, though.

March 2, 2011 at 3:35 pmLove the look on her face. My little guy, Haeden, is a few weeks older and I can barely get him to look at the camera these days. I pull it out and he puts his hand up and says, “UH UHHHH!”
Who knew an almost two year-old would know “talk to the hand” already?!
Shandra Lenae
March 2, 2011 at 4:40 pmShe is looking more and more like you each month!
